iscricrass.com is a marketing website operated from Cape Town, South Africa. Product orders, payment collection, invoicing and shipping are fulfilled by our authorised retail partner listed on the checkout page.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe the iscricrass all-purpose sponge accurately, including its size, colour and absorbency. Actual colour may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen and lighting differences.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which becomes binding once the retailer confirms acceptance and payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, where fraud is suspected, or where a pricing error has occurred.

8. Consumer rights
