Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Your right to return

Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), you may return the iscricrass sponge within 14 days of delivery if it is defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose. You may also cancel a purchase made electronically within 7 days of receipt under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“cooling-off period”), provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

If your sponge arrives damaged, or shows a material defect within 6 months of delivery, you may choose (at your election) a repair, replacement or refund in terms of section 56 of the CPA. Please attach clear photographs of the defect to your request.

5. How to start a return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address within 2 working days.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided, clearly marked with the RMA number.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are credited via the original payment method within 10 working days of the returned product being received and inspected. Delivery fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge before it is dispatched. Once the order has been handed to the courier, our standard returns process applies.
