Delivery Information

1. Where we deliver

We deliver the iscricrass sponge to all nine provinces of South Africa: Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West and the Northern Cape.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, end-of-year).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the courier's waybill number and a tracking link. You can also request tracking updates from our support team.

5. Delivery attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the depot and additional re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Signature on delivery

An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the parcel. By signing, you confirm that the packaging is intact. Any visible damage must be noted on the waybill before signing.

7. Incorrect address

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Deliveries to incorrect addresses may incur re-delivery fees or require a fresh order.

8. International shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only.
